bg fire wall problem
i am trying to run a couple of wires through the fire wall and i can't find a good place to run them. if any of u bg astina blokes have an answer can u help me.

theres a gromit thingy on the gearbox side of the engine which i ran my sub wiring through, just gotta poke it out, under the charcoal cannister
give htat a go |

umm 1 way to do it is run it from the battery to the closest wheel arch ... like behind the wheel arch covers and through the same place where all your other wires go through the fire wall... then lift up the carpet along the sides after taking off the door plastic thingo on the carbody bottom.. and run it along the side of the car inside.. ... if that made sense

just go in your passenger side so that ya head is under the dash pull the carpet back
and youll see a black rubber thing with a big chunkof wires comin through...i put my amp power cable through there as welll...works a treat well next cruise ya on ill show ya

ok as MJ said the standard engin loom comes thru the firewall underneath the carbon canistor (the big black cylinder on the firewall behind the battery sorta) lift the canistor out and you will see the loom going thru the firewall, you should be able to pull the loom loose a bit and slot the wires thru

hey thanks for the great tip! i have shoved like 6 wires through an accesible part of my firewall (they come out near the top of the brake pedel if u know what i mean..) and am having trouble fitting any more through!~ (they're to switch my neons and provide constant power to whatever i want inside..)
ill try the "wheel arch" way astinaboiv6 |

yeh i did the same thing as burbon just down behind the battery and it comes out pretty much behind the glove box and then ran them doen under the carpet
