Slotted Discs and brake pads for sp20
Does anybody have part numbers for front dba and rda slotted rotors?
Opinions comparing the 2? Also after suggestions on pads. Car is used on weekends and want to still be able to pull up normally but want something a bit bitey for trackdays also.

lucas/trw or qfm pads are cheap but excellent braking pads.
the difference between dba and rda in the lower spec slotted rotor isn't much. the rda will wear quicker, ie dba will last 150,000km and the rda will last 120,000km so to speak. but the rdas will be alot cheaper. |

DBA's are better, I guess it depends on how much power you run and how much you want to spend
does anyone know the minimum size the rotors have to be (thickness wise) Last edited by da20valve; 05-03-2014 at 11:46 PM. |

depends on power?
says on the rotor. but for a sp20, the minimum on the fronts is 22mm. Last edited by project.r.racing; 06-03-2014 at 08:44 AM. |

mazda OEM pads work just fine for those weekend warriors, more reliable and longer lasting than many aftermarket pads
