Shuddering

Hey guys,

Little problem has re-surfaced on my car. Usually when cold it starts shuddering, appears *randomly*, as in not same instance every time. Sometimes when I start it, it shudders then revs up high and is ok, other times just stopped (traffic lights for example), and the other day when I reversed out of a parking spot and put it in D, shuddered until for about 20 seconds.

Any ideas? Fuel pump?

P.S. I have had this before, but it disappeared for a while.
