camshaft regrind

Hey , Whats included in getting my 1.8l cams reground. im not sure whats involved , or who could do it. :?: is it expensive? i spoke to tighe cams in queensland and they want $600 for a set of cams to be made up.thats a little out of my price range. can anyone help with some contacts? i want some more down low torque! and who wouldnt want somne more top end zap! thanks all. More tourqe! More top end! HA! U need VVTLi! If i was going to do it, i wouldn'd change the timing of the cams, just give them more lift + heavier V/springs! Good luck with it! |

$600 is about as cheap as I have seen.
You could try some MX5 cams I was going to say go to www.solomiata.com to look for specs but website looks to be down. If any the 99 model before they went variable cam Regards Mal
