Remove rear windscreen wiper

Hey everyone,

1997 BAIII 323 5dr hatch.

How do I remove the rear windscreen wiper?

I see there is a little clip and a 10mm(?) bolt, removed that but it doesn't want to give it up... do I just have to pull harder?

wiggle it up and down. it will let go in time.
