Rattle when going over bump (engine mount) can feel it in pedals

Whenever I go over bumps on my SP20 there is like a rattle ( sounds like something is lose ), I can feel it under the pedals, any idea's ??, also what's the easiest way to see if I need to change the engine mounts in my car, do I just visually inspect them ??, or do you have to take them out to before you can tell if they're stuffed.

front swaybar bushes. especially if you can feel in the foot rest area next to the clutch pedal.

are you getting a rattle, or a dong dong dong noise?

You can feel it more then anything, I just realized I need a new drivers side motor mount, I might do that first then see whats up, I will go for a drive today with my foot on the foot rest and see if I can feel it if I can, would it be easier just to get the whole end link ??
