It's stuck on.
Flywheel now lightened...

Still in need of a good clutch though - any suggestions?

Bought a new battery - Optima Redtop
Great power output, however, the fitment is "complicated" (if i'm kind)....
Due to the way it's made it wont fit properly into the slot plus the connectors are too far from the edges...

However, the modified aircon panel is working now...

And finally removed the door openers for painting

Sold the aircon panel some time ago. The car has been off the streets for about a year now since i bought a MX5 Roadster - however, it's not forgotten and will be back in 2012
However, i decided to sell the MOMO wheels due to their excess weight and got some lighter replacements

You can check out my blog if you like for a few more pics http://driving-culture.blogspot.com/...ld-friend.html
The Roadster can also be found there...

Months and years passing by - finally some development!

Got some parts back from powder coating, got a new set of wheels and started reassembling the car at the weekend - should be back on the road this month and i'm pretty chuffed!

More pics can be found in my Blog :alien:

Few more test shots from today - dirty paint + sunlight always turns into crappy pictures though....

Well, they were actually sold by Mazda dealers in germany - as was the whole body kit...they're from an austrian company but have long been discontinued. However, there were some fibreglass copies on the market a couple of years ago. They can still be found on ebay every now and then...
The flywheel was lightened about 2.5 kg, if i remember correclty...

So i swapped the suspension again and did some basic conservation...

Now i still have to swap the front axles, renew the axle dust covers, swap the brake hoses for braided steel ones and get the alignment done - good thing i move in 2 weeks...oh yes, and the timing beld is over due ^^
