Crap Maintenance Jobs...
I know I've beefed about Lynx stuff long and hard over the past few years but it's not without reason.
Today I started tearing down the engine to do the waterpump and a couple of other related fixes. Now this has to be possibly the most difficult and annoying jobs I have ever had to do on a car. Seriously had I an engine hoist and enough roof clearance in the garage it would have been easier to pull the motor that try to undo what seems like 11 billionty siezed bolts holding things together. Everything on the front of the motor is barely accessible thanks to the chunky KJ chassis rails, all the bolts on things were siezed or rattle gunned up.... But it's alomst apart now (after close to 3 hours). Would be an easy job it seems with either all KJ stuff in the KJ chassis or the BPT with BG accessories in the BG chassis. Some of this stuff is just plain inaccessible... So I will offically state now this has been the crappest task I've had to undertake, and one I would not wish upon anyone who wasn't getting paid to do it. A.

It was christmas when my water pump let go and since then I've had all of the front covers off so I can pull the timing belt so I can get to the water pump.
To undo the main pully I jammed the ring gear and put a long pipe on the breaker bar. With all that I put a 360 degree twist in an extension bar and still havn't fixed the cooling.
