Upgrades - targeting over 150kW

So I have a stock 2002 323 Astina (1.8L FP engine BJII-J48) and am looking at increasing engine power once I finish the suspension and brake upgrades (handling before power is sensible methinks). First time owning a car like this.

What sort of things are available if I were to try to hit 150kW or more? How far can you take a 1.8 BJ on NA power? Does this power figure require a turbo?

I was thinking the usual things like extractors and exhaust upgrade, but from there I am stumped at what's able to be done. I have my eye on a GReddy piggyback ECU (I figured that's ok if I'm keeping it NA,but feel free to laugh at me if that's silly).

Cams? Injectors? Fuel pump? What's available for this engine, because the Google isn't telling me squat. I already have a CAI and catch can (lol) installed.

Any advice would be appreciated guys and gals.

Cheers, Jed.
