Welcome back Bear.
It will be a great weekend, and you will enjoy yourself thoroughly.
Aaron might want/need a co driver to do the run up there, as I might fly and join in the fun from Coffs Harbour.

And having a Mazda is not a condition of participation

Great to see you back on board AGT

hmmm there's a mental image ... me and Aaron crammed into an MX5 tearing up the highway ... I can just imagine a cops reaction staring into that cabin

I'm looking forward to it ... and Skitz ... you'll probably get to see why I'm usually considered a bad influence ... the phrase "are you drinking that? and why not?" will probably get used more than once

I havent read the other posts yet but for me, i prefer the annual AGT cruise to be reserved for AGT members. its more of a special once a year event for this forum. Sure for the other cruises, invite omc, omz or whoever.

For a lot of us travelling more than 500km for the cruise the idea of bringing a friend/partner to share driving, fuel and accomodation costs is a good and safe one.

I'm sure every attending will be AGT family be it extended family or the regulars.

A.

Just a little confused as to what is being planned,

Can anyone offer a short description of what is planned, in like 5 or 6 bullet points.

I have read thru a few times and can't nail down what exactly is happening,

Once I have some rough details etc I can look into a drag or skidpan session while we are out there. Assuming people are still keen for this.

FYI,
I did buy the 156 I mentioned earlier, hehehehfunfunfun.

Hey Vaughan, I think there is a more specific thread put together by Tina with the details here in the Aus wide forum.

So then, this thread seems to have slowed down a fair bit.

Is everyone still happy to keep it going?

Mrs Chipa and myself were looking at coming along but there doesn't seem to have been much happening....

It is still going, this event is going to happen.

I got distracted with that whole Xmas/New Years thing, but rest assured that now that it's over, we'll be focussing on this as one of the biggest AGT events EVER!!!!!!!

Ahh you are assuming I know something about this, Not so. I have no idea what I am doing but I simply volunteered to find out some stuff.
But your seem to know the area a little atleast so any tips or pointers for us will be greeted with open arms.

Gav,
Yeah I thought there was but couldn't find it.

In other news. I have cleverly worked that there is a skidpan in Armidale now how close that is I am unsure but I have it on good authority there is one there.

It's a sticky, so maybe people were prone to looking a little lower: http://www.astinagt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7402
