Just ordered a Pedders 'sports ryder tower bar'

I've decided the first major thing I want to do with my Astina is upgrade the suspension. I like the idea of doing it in stages so I can really notice the difference as I go along. It might be a bit more expensive in the end, but I dont think I'll notice it as much as I would if I went out and paid $1500 odd in one go for whitleline's 'the works' pack or something similar.

So, it gets here on Monday..

i like doing things in steps too - for the same reason, I appreciate it more if I can feel it getting better and better.

let us know how it goes

Far out! it looks incredibly similar to the Whiteline article. Except the passenger side has a full ring around the top of the strut. I wonder why they only did one side like that though for the Pedders item... :?

Brake line/clamp is in the way, easier to do a half ring mounting plate than work around the afore mentioned... Didn't seem to bother them much with your car though.

Hey Grim,
So does essjayyell, it's common here to have a couple of spares left about the place our cars. I've got even more spares on my strut towers...

It's an optional extra put there by an absent minded engineer.

You didn't say anything wrong.
