New Job for skippy yyeeaahh baby

I just got a new job, I just got a new job, finally after roughly 20 interviews for 6 different companies I have landed one, and not only that it is one I really want.

Ohh so very stoked, cheered, chuffed, smiley and not to mention happy.

Congrats Skipster!

Good things come to those who wait, as well as those that go for 20 interviews!!!

Hope it is everything you want it to be, and more!

Cheers

Ok in order,

Yeap been looking for ages, so unhappy at my current place bored as hell, no performance reviews ever, having to offer bets/challenges to get people to listen to you etc.

Yeah payrise like 20% was hoping for more but I get a review after 3 months then end of each year. Plus bonus scheme after first year.

I will be implementing payroll systems and training staff on their use etc, pretty much what I do know but for a more progressive, younger and smaller company. FYI in the payroll industry your a newbie if you have under 15 years experience.

Oh yeah I am not going to be working in the sticks any longer either.

So very stoked, I can not tell you how long I have been looking, and how many final rounds I made it too, going through 4 interviews then not getting the job is sooooo depressing. but not this time punk.

Me thinks me smells a big weekend of skip.

Oh yes also this new job will severly effect my post whore status but fear not my somewhat off topic rants shall continue.
