CX7 wheels on BA V6

Both offsets are identical.

Just need to know if I need to space the tyres out at all to compensate for the wider rim size?

Cheers

Which Cx-7 rims?
I have the series 1 Cx-7 18" on my BL and they are -55 while the Rays 16" on my BA are -35

Assuming a 7" wide you'll need an 8-10 spacer

They are 7.5" wide, so 12-15mm spacer maybe?

I think it'd be foot with a 15-20 mm bolt on in that case for a bit of poke.

Link recommends 8mm.

Wheel guide on the net suggests 50 offset. Same as rx8 sp23 etc

rx8 and sp23 are +52.5mm, not +50mm.

all current mazda passenger 5 stud car wheels are +52.5mm offset.

you'd need a 10mm spacer. 7.5 wide rims with +42mm offset gives you next to none wheel to strut clearance.

personally be looking at better wheels to suit.

Win! Had a test fit this afternoon at a NSW meet up and thanks to Andy we found out these are a direct fit, though will be spacing 6mm for extra clearance for wider tyres and no need for extended studs! Yay.
Back of rim states 50 offset BTW

yer all new/current MAZDA wheels are 50 offset well for all the 18" wheels anyways
but yes the fronts had penty of clearance and the rears were just touching so about 4/6 mm spacers and she'll be sweet,

no problems dude happy to help ya out, they looked good on the car
