FSE boost valve or extractors

Hi guys i was just wondering what would give me a better performance increase, extractors or an FSE power boost valve. Its a BA astina, the only mods i've done so far are CAI and 2inch exhaust system.

Power boost valve is a bit of marketing junk and not worth the internet pages its advertised on
Extractors are Proven and you wont have any dramas with them

I disagree Pete - after all the FSE is just a rising rate fuel pressure regulator which can be quite useful.

But extractors would be a better mod this time.

Sorry mate thought you meant one of those stupid resistor mods, damn early rise and sleepy head
Yes a Regulator is a worthy addition, wont really make power but will allow injectors a full hit of fuel so theey get a decent spray pattern and much improved combustion
