Why would you bother? on something thats only 5MP, would rather have a 3D camera for that price...

No, I think it's a good way to separate d1ckheads from their money...
Saying "it's not very practical" doesn't even begin to cover how stupid this is on several levels. Read the manufacturer's FAQ carefully, and then look at the price. That's only the beginning. |

Ha, a cute novelty.
Can't imagine they'd sell many though. But then again, i have seen some amazing photos taken with just an iPhone.

The sooner people learn that CRAPple products are not the be all and end all of all products the better.
This lens/****box attachment to me seems to be a big joke, im sure it works but if you already have the lens then you are going to have a decent camera so why would you want to use a crappy low quality image sensor with a plastic lens (iphone)when you most likely allready have your SLR with you. I cant think of a single thing that Apple excels at except for taking money out of idiots pockets, Their phones, ipods, tablets and computers are good but far from being the god like items that a lot of people seem to think they are. They certainly are not virus proof like they seem to think. Also why do people call an ipod an mp3 player when it wont play mp3s' only stupid low quality m4a files. Screw you apple. PS can you tell im not a crapple fan boy??? |

apples are good for what they do...never had an issue...only thing is the price of their computers...id prefer to run a windows machine cause cost half the price to build something better...
this gadget is ****, there is a cheap one you can get that has just a normal little zoom barrel... the thing about the virus stuff...you dont get viruses if you do the right things...

Apart from the sasser virus which spread through unpatched pcs running XP, all you had to do to get that one was connect to the net. Its now proven that it's harder to crack a windows based PC than one running the Mac OS. |

I dont understand why you would need it... If you have a SLR lens you obviously have a SLR camera... So lets go attach it to my phone! Just stupid in my mind... However the novelty of it is kinda cool.
Just to stir some things up.. This was sent from my imac. |

Hackintosh ftw!
But seriously i dont see the advantage, theyd sell more if the lens was smaller (like a normal point n shoot type lens). Would also make more sense. Id laugh if i saw one in real life.

I think my canon point and shoot would take a way better pic.
But as far as w@nk factor goes its well and truly up there. The mobile phone store has similar things downstairs, the guy said they are crap. |
