From where Im sitting either the AFM is mounted after the turbo or there is no turbo at all....

Its mounted after the turbo I used to email him like 5 years ago. Quite a
few NZ guys run the AFM after the turbo I cant see the advantage other than
temp compensation from the AFM of the after IC air.
He sold the car after breaking too many gearboxes.

That EFI system is basicly a Bosch LE Jetronic system and has the air temp sensor built into the throttle body. I know it is too late now but putting the AFM into the preasurised side of the plumbing just makes things more complicated as it is designed for vacuume not preasure.
