Astina Shoot & Polish!

Well took my time today to polish the car with good meguiars s**t!

Firstly on went the Paint Cleaner, then the Wet-Look Polish and Carnuaba Wax [Sp?]

Anyway here are some pics [my first of me and the girl ], oh and a couple of my mates [bro in law]hilux which we polished etc too....!

That looks awsome!!! trying to cut+polish mine as well. How did you get your rims so FRESH AND SO CLEAN??

haha, thanks mate!

On both the cars we used a meguiars wheels cleaner, washed it off. The applied paint cleaner and the polished them with wet look polish. Before they kept getting stains all over them for some reason....no they came up brilliant!

Looking good there Dru,

I just used the new meguiars tech wax a few days ago and damn it looks like glass. Gotta love meguiars.

Damn thats nice! I was looking into getting that Tech Wax next, when i have a bit more money to spend on polish.....gonna get enough to spend $150 - $200 on just meguiars stuff

i normally use the polish then yellow wax ova the top that stuff just ceads wen it gets wet and cars dry again.pretty good i love it

how did you find applying and removing it was it easy or does it require a bit of elbo grease. just asking as wax is usually a bit of a pain to get off

Hey shane,

Putting it on and wiping it off is easy as. I didnt buff my car at all. I just used the pad they gave me to apply it on and then used the microfibre cloth to wipe it off

The polish is harder to get on & off then the wax. The wax makes such a difference, feels so much nicer and last's forever. My car has been in the rain and through dirt since those photo's and yet the dirt just wipes off and the car still feels smooth!
