The trouble is that you can't buy either those knobs or handbrakes new anymore, as all the older MS stuff has been discontinued - so they're only going to get more expensive.

There is a specific spacer plug thing that Mazdaspeed sell to keep the leather boot up, as per below pic

They're just very rare.

I've got an RX8 rubber one and a CF/Aluminium (2nd pic at top) one arriving in the next few containers. And i've added some CF-Look ones below. They generally sell for around 5000yen

Force! The metal of the handbrake frame holds them tight on, as the frame gets fatter closer to the base. You need a bit of muscle to get them on.

The leather one i put on mine recently is held on the same way, and I'd need to use a rubber to remove it.

None of them do specifically, but there is a few of the newer ones that don't have a shift pattern on the top so can be used with a 6 speed - they just have 'Mazdaspeed' across the top instead

Automatic Mazdaspeed handles don't exist. Mazdaspeed ones for the JDM Tiptronic shifters do, and they're a narrower thread than the regular Mazda manual shifter thread size.

Already sold - someone used the Buy It Now! Not too surprising though for this style.
