it won't be fuel starvation. i've done massively more crazy braking with 1/4 tank and haven't had issues. (but could be).

sounds more like a timing issue to me. maybe slipped the timing belt a little under quick deccelleration. and it popped back.

i get the thump/jump/hickup thingo every second or so at idle due to crazy timing settings.

you'll never really know unless you try to do it all over again...

Yeah the original boot doesn't allow you to see it hit the stick cus it's so stiff. When you put a softer boot in there u will notice it visually
Glad to help man

weird things happen.

once at a motorkhana 18 months ago. i was waiting for my go, car started idling between 250-500rpm and then died. i turned the key and restarted it, and it ran prefectly.

has never happened since.

White walls actually involves removing the top layer off your tyres.
But they would look hot on the bluebird!!

Or you can get whitewall insert flaps that tuck between rim and tyre - they're what i run on the Beetle. They give a fuller whitewall look - not just a white stripe.

super cat is a good brand. only 4 years old also as per the build date stamped on the muffler.

won't know anything regards sound/noise until you put it on your car. or attempt to look down the pipes to see what kind of piping is inside the muffler itself.
