FS: [VIC] 4 puck clutch for BG/BA/BJ + lightened flywheel *PICS*
For Sale:
4 puck sprung centre brass button Clutch + Pressure plate - Rated to 1900 lbs. - Will NOT slip - handled 190+ kw atw with no probs - Pedal weight was slightly more than standard, so still pretty light. - Quite easy to use - the Astina is (when it's running) my daily driver - Probably about 2/3 of it's life left judging by the meat left on the pucks - Some slight surface rust on pressure flate face because it's been sitting for quite a few months (without the clutch plate - so no rust on that) Lightened flywheel - Only weighs 6kg!!! - Based on standard BA11P2 flywheel Both about 30,000kms old As far as i know it'll fit: BG 1.6 and 1.8 SOHC, BJ 1.6 and 1.8, BA 1.8 DOHC (95 and after - BA11P2 and P3). Basically anything that runs a version of the F series transmission Only selling it because i'm upgrading to the G series gearbox which uses a different spline - otherwise i wouldn't sell them at all! SOLD!

Just providing some more info here sorry mate...just with the BG side of things, if they are anything like the lasers, the 1.6 and 1.8 SOHC flys are different thus clutches aren't interchangeable.

If you bought both, then they will fit.
But only buying either the flywheel or clutch/pressure plate doesn't guarantee anything

if you've got a 1.8 SOHC, i'm fairly sure it'll fit. IF DOHC, then no it won't fit.
Edit: just looked at your Readers ride, and you've got a SOHC so it should fit. Deal! Pm me and we'll work out delivery/payment

Mate if you still have them after Xmas I'll be interested in them. I'll make a reasonable offer, $200 for both, as long as they will definitely fit my car.

Haven't heard back from you about what your boss (missus) had to say about the price of the shifter since my last PM...

Ah, the short shifter. He he he! Now I understand. At the moment, I won't have any cash until after xmas (kids) so I'll let you know then. The beast would be different to drive with a short shifter, 4 puck clutch and a light flywheel. I like the sound of it though!

you two suck
Pics up have weight the flywheel - fark it's light!!!! i think about half the weight of the standard one. Hmm, make it closer to $400ish and you're more in the ballpark, i reckon. as that $600 was clutch alone

Nice scales mate! Ok so you DO have some sort of figure you are after!
Probably a bit much for me to spend at the moment, but if it is still around later on I might try to save some money. Thanks Dan.
