Looking for some parts for Astina BA
Hi Gang!
I'm looking for some parts for right hand driven Astina First a heater controll unit like shown: A mirror switch with working mirror flap switch: A "Protector, Rear Finisher" with Astina or Lantis printing. And a sun visor for left side (non-drivers side) Thanks in advance! Frank I can supply you with European parts... maybe a trade is possible?! I will also pay the items... |

The heater control unit you've shown wasn't available in the Australian model. I may be able to find one but their are many more parts needed to make it work, wiring, sensors and more. I never had mine fully working ops: and I am someone who will spend the day patiently testing connections and reading wiring manuals.

Seems, that this heater controller was only available in Japan?! But it would be kind, if you can get one. Which sensor do I need additionally? Do you have a wiring plan? Does this unit work without the sensor, I mean... it's just the automatic climate function that do not work?! Thanks! (And whats with the other parts? These are for sure Australien parts )

Let me make a list:
Climate control unit (you knew that) Blower fan unit (includes the transistorised speed control unit and replacement fresh/re-circulate motor). In dash air temprature sensor X 2. Heater core temprature sensor. Replacement wiring for the dashboard. I don't have the wiring diagram which is why I could never get the A/C working, it needed to be conected through an unknown part. When I get my next Astina I will install the parts again as I am attempting to get the japanese wiring drawings.

That is a kind offer, I have the Mazda EPC2 here. The problem is no, not to get the parts directly from Mazda. To me it makes no sense to buy them in Germany directly, because the prices are Porsche-like... The only thing I don't have in the EPC is the rear protector and the climate automatic.
So a good thing would be an Australian junkyard or so... But I don't know one :? |
