engine lurch

hey,

just hopped in my car today and i got a bit of a shock.
ive found that whenever i rev the car (at around 3000 revs) the engine (i think) lurches.
im guessing that its one of the engine mounts but thought id consult the astina experts on wat it might be.
my cars a bg astina.

thanks
