yeah performs more like the 1.8l does... goes up hill sin 5th gear now, and is still pulling

2500-3700 is a sweet spot to leave the engine running in... if you kick the gears down really low the effect of shifing down seems lost - EG taking a winding road, shift 2nd hard and early for a tight corner.... when you give it the boot, it picks up slowly, till 2500 - or until 3rd is picked

oh jsut found some new gloves.. they are made by ansell, best things ever for working on the car... they have thick thermo proofed rubber grips on them, and open weave cotton outters on them... passed the exhaust test earlier today too

do they make a performance header for the 1.8 or not coz i would like more power, how much did it cost??

You have to use a header for the 2.0 (SP20) and block off the 2 unused bungs (1 EGR and 1 EGO)...

Nice one, then he farks up the header if it ever goes on a 2.0L! One just needs a bolt with the correct thread/pitch, and the other neads a nut with a cap welded over it...
