BA Hardtop front stabilizer bar
hi there again! during my DIY clutch install (which is working very well ) i loosened off the front stabilizer bar on the drivers side and then the bolt got stuck and ripped something (or it was already broken before as there was a funny noise when going over bumps) and the end result is the bar held in by the bolt securely but has about 15mm of play and its just clunking all around! SO: are there any aftermarket and reasonably priced sway/stabilizer bars (eg whiteline) for the front? did a search and didnt find anything very relevant.
thanks guys!

don't think so, it's a huge 24mm solid sway bar. doesn't need upgrading. although you could replace the bushes.

I've only ever seen a Mazdaspeed front bar once on Rupewrechts' JDM parts page. Stuff like that tends to still be in some demand and commands highish prices.
To change the front bar over on a BA you need to drop the front sub frame which is a big job. If you look at the threaded part of the drop link it it fits a hex/allen key which allow you to stop it spinning while you use a ring spanner to tighten the nut.
