*chick chick BOOM!* carbie backfire

So... 100km after my 1000km initial service, i go to start my motorbike, 1/2 choke, and hit the ignition *chick chick chick BOOM!* then all I see is this massive plume of smoke pouring out from underneath the petrol tank...

I was a little stunned then though OH SNAP i better turn the electricals off just in case.

turns out it backfired and set the intake on fire, and fried some electrics.

thank god for 2 year warrantys :P
