maleny-stanley river rd and mt mee rd are the only interesting roads on that. and i wouldn't waste your time with beerburrem rd and steve irwin wy. just shoot back down the bruce hwy to shorten the trip.

if you want to include drivers from brisbane, you'll need to start from around carboolture and finish on the sunny coast. see those previous sunny coast threads/maps i linked you to.

why do these cruises always have to be so far? i don't want to START at woodford, that's an end point for me. and Maroochydore finish, that's an hour and 30 minutes to get home on a good run. i should know, i had to go up there for work last week. For me if the whole cruise is going longer than 2-3 hours then i won't come. it's too much of my weekend to just drive up and down the coast. don't you guys have better things to do also?

hint : start it at caboolture servo on the highway...easiest meeting point...everyone knows where it is!!! plus at that time it gives everyone a spot for breaky

hey bud, thats how 99% of the sunnycoast cruises are done...its easier to go to caboolture then up the coast through inland drive then down the coast... also most cruises tend to go for half a day or a full day!

the cruise we had yesterday started for me at 8:30 and finished at about 4...cruises are a full day thing else its not worth doing....

thanks bourbs,

I don't see why people are so bitching when it comes to driving to the sunshine coast, seriously. If you don't want to drive to the sunny coast then don't no1 says you have to come mate. and i know the situation your in because i can't justify driving to brisbane yet. I just wanted to plan a cruise that i could run so i can finally meet some of the forum members I live on the sunshine coast and i personally have to say that the majority of the cruises are based in brisbane.

Lol tbh 2 hours wouldn't be worth it lol i mean if ghoru came down (dunno if he will) then he'll not see the point in making the trip

People travel if they feel they have a reason to, like it like if someone is having a party if it only goes for 30minutes whats the point in making the effort to go?

do u see what i mean?

hey guys.

seriously is it really that hard for you to meet up somewhere outside brisbane? if we wanna be a part of a cruise we're expected to drive 100km to meet down there, so we would expect you would at least every now and again extend us the same courtesy. having said that, if you dont wanna drive all that way for a cruise, then dont. no ones got a gun to your head. :P

i hope to see a few people from both clubs show up and have a good time
