well I think they look alright on the newer mazdas too because their bumpers are styled/designed for euro plates (lots of euro styling going on with the new mazdas)... look at the newer mazda3s for example.... the front bumper's black plastic strip where the number plate goes is pretty much the width of an euro plate... the rear bumper's area also is

but not a big deal for the nsw plates of course because they're pretty small and fit well anyway

for better or for worse, you aussies have different plate size and style options compared to us... we only have one size but of course we can choose many different design themes for them

the grass is always greener over the other side of the fence, as they say

I take it that "B" is the initial for your surname ?

I got a good one, but just double checking whats "B" for ? if it is i got a winner and not taken

Haha,

Cause i was looking at the others you liked but, if you want something that everyone can read and know - without guessing what does 7 & 9 stand for (i know there your favorite numbers but anyone read it wont know that )

Idk if nsw does it but I've heard you can go to the police and get these special one-use security screws, which would prevent the average Joe bored on a Friday night...

you can always get screws that are not flat head or phillips head... makes it tougher to take off and steal

Well they didnt unscrew it to steal it... The screws were still on the car, with little bits of the number plate still attached and footprints on my front bumper.. would of had to been sitting there for a while trying to rip it off.

To all the political crap mentioned about getting custom plates, it's not really much different to anything the Government want's to tax us for. Prices go up, never down, which means inflation goes up and we never catch up.
Work hard, earn your money, spend it where you want and don't stop for cops.

On topic:

Jees1b takes my vote, and I agree with getting some alan key, star head bolts to stop randoms with handy tools stealing your well spent plates.

ASH733 will be on the way shortly
