Car stalling

I recently put a cold air intake under my car about two weeks ago but just lately the car has been stalling, and its done it mainly when there is a massive amount of wind about, could this cause it to stall

sure the MAF/MAP?AFM/whatever the hell is in a BA' sensor is connecterd properly?

Have you reset the ECU by unplugging the battery and draining the car of power?
