need a cheap gaming computer

we just got sims 3 last night...and its bloody soo slow on the laptop we got...kaz wants it on there so she doesnt have to use my comp...anyone have a suggestion for something real cheap to play this on...its the only game thats played on the lappy...its mainly for internet and word and so on...

Most laptops don't have a dedicated 3d graphics card. Thats probably why its slow.

Look for something that has a GeForce 6200 or a Radeon 9600.

Although I think it would be hard to justify the cost of a laptop just for one game!

Hey Bonbon,

I have my C2Q available for sale. I don't ever use it, so I might as well shift it if you want it. You will even get a choice of 2 enclosures if you want.

Bonbon check out www.MSY.com.au or www.Umart.com.au, i noticed your in brisbane they generally have reasonable parts if u want to build it your self or they also have premade systems

yeah i know about them both...msy are in the same street as my work...i normally only use them...
