MSY fail because:
- Crap warranty Service - Unresponsive to emails and questions - Wont post goods - Horrible website and pdfs suck. - Bad communication with consumers And there prices are pretty much the same as umart so why bother? |

Surely their warranty/service can't be worse than Gamedude, where they charge you $22 just to claim for warranty?

everytime ive compaired prices...msy have been cheaper than Umart...plus MSY are just 100 meters up the road from my work so its also conveniance...
ive never had any warranty issues with them...1 issue i had was a dead memory stick when i bought it so i took the whole computer to them and they fixed it then and there on the spot... ive always compared, umart, msy and gamedude and msy always came out ontop everytime... other places may now be dropping there prices to match msy...

I think it depends on what sort of gear you get tbh. Alot of the no name and cheap stuff is the same price.
But for the good gear so far ive found no equal to umart and touche on that point gav |

Like buying factory detectable seconds... I really hate their customer service. Ive actually been grumbled at when I took a memory stick back for not working out of the packet...

I work as manager of a retail computer store and know its impossible to compete with the likes of umart, msy and gocomp.
We try to offer a better level of service and more knowledge. Our systems seem to be more reliable and are better built. Im about to find out how bad MSY is because I got a cooler master PSU from MSY nearly a year ago and im going to take it back as the fan has died so Im about to find out their warranty policy. If anyone needs parts I work in a PC store and know where the cheapest parts are. |

I have a Coolermaster top-down cooler, and it's fine.

Yeah I agree their coolers and fans are usually good.
Some cases are all right but others are crap. But dont buy their power supplies. I can say that I have never had a AC Bel power supply fail on me. |
