Hi y'all,

I was wondering those of you who have extractors on your Astina SP20, where did you get them from and how much? My gf is looking for some for her car located in Sydney.

I must say I am a fan of the AWR Stainless header

there are quite a number of options - all depends on how much you are willing to pay...i have the equal most expensive extractors in australia. i say equal because snert has the same ones. they were imported from america. check out www.awrracing.com

but they are renouned to make the most power out of all extractors currently available

Most expensive, well then I have the cheapest as I paid Nada for mine thanks to being a test guinea pig.

Mine are pace maker headers and 12 months testing took place to ensure we had the best output.

I am about to embark on installing a unichip and will hopefully be able to post dyno before and after the install bbut it will give you an indication of the performance figures at the wheels for my mods to date which are only Cold air feed, K&N panel filter, Hi flor Muffler, extractors, 1st cat removed, hi flow 2nd cat. Kept the original piping from the cat to muffler to assist with back pressure as i found I had better response with all the other mods as when i upped to 3 inch piping there lacked low end pull.

yeah a 3" is way too much for any 4 cylinder NA engine. 2.5" is the limit (which is what i have)

before and after dyno's would be great to see!

try looking at www.mazda3online.com - OBX is the header brand. you'll find they are cheaper than aussie ones (look under protege5)
