Help needed please.....

hi all,my girlfriend was saying car had wanted to stall a few times in the pass week.just shrugged it off,then this morning at 6am i get woken to a worried,(and late) girlfriend stressing "the car wont start",i go down,attempt to start it,it turns over freely i could smell fuel towards the end.checked plugs TPS,AFM,and all the other in your face fuses,and wires..im absouletly STUMPED! should state car is 96-97 323 v6 manual.anyone else experience anything like this??

The distributors fail on the V6 - it's a reasonably common issue. Could be that.

car wont start

hey mate,my friend also suggested it may be the distributor? i pulled the plug off cylinder 3 and stuck a screwdriver to check spark;nope,none!! i should replace the dissy tmrw,but should i also change the modulator? thanks in advance.. :-)

hey mate,you were right on the money...damn distributor went.replaced,and all good now.thankyou VERY much ...
