And the only change was the route was reversed to accommodate more people. Hardly a significant change.

If it was that then, someone else can organise the cruise next time.

Not like the good old days where everyone made an effort...people are so busy as always but it's unfortunate no one puts the priority into meeting up with friends anymore. Doesn't help most of the cars are broken. Good news is I'm more than keen for something soon with my new car.

Other then the NSW Chapter for a while there, no one from qld seems to stick around

Pretty small group nowadays. And we had 18-24 months of southside meetups/photoshoots and facebook moreso that agt community forum being used that lead to a slide in the qld side of things. Cannot expect much with todays agt qld community climate. It is what it is.

Turns out the FL guys are trying to kickstart cruises again. Maybe do a joint on to boost numbers.

IMHO, no one wants to cruise this close to christmas. Everyones either already made plans prior or busy filling up their weekends with shopping/parties etc etc. I say make one in the new year and you'll have better success.

I'd be interested in running something early next year, my car will be functional by then. I'd like to organise a day cruise of some description to give my new setup a bit of a run.
