New to Mazda !

Hey guys been a Honda boy for a while, moved to Nissan then went back to Honda...

Now I'm a Mazda guy haha. Just picked a 2004 Model SP23 in white with factory option leather.

My plans for this:
-Lower the car (What's a good height to use lowered springs on stock shocks?)
-Front lip (What lips are out there, something simple and clean. Don't want no fibre glass ****)
-Some wheels (What wheel specs would sit flush with the guard when the cars lowered?)
-Taking off side mould (Would there be holes behind it, or is it just stuck on?)
-Intake (What is a good intake for these cars?)

If you guys could help me out with the above, would be much appreciate.

Thanks.

Oh and here's a photo of my last car before this !

Welcome!!

Answer to your questions;
-Lower the car - I have super low king springs. Never got it as low as id like. With 20s the front was flush and rear was 1-2 inches away from flush tyre-to-gaurd. Coilovers will give you the best result.
-Front lip - Im unsure of the lips, seen a lot of people using wrx sti lips and they look great.
-Some wheels - I had 20 x 8.5 with a 35 offset and it sat reallllly good with a bit of camber
-Taking off side moulds - took mine off recently. Just stuck on nothing behind them. Looks great without them on.
-Intake - I think there are a few good ones out there. Never fitted one myself but google and eBay are your friends.

Other than that your plans are basic yet effective and i look forward to seeing your progress!

welcome to AGT mate, as stated above I've also seen your car on the Grade A group page,

good to see you seen the lightr and came to a mazda

for the intake "Injen" is probly your best CAI for these cars, fit really well and sound good as well,

as for lowering with stock shocks and struts 30mm would be really safe, 50mm would be ok but spring might become a little loose, or you could opt for a set of BC coilovers if your happy to spend a bit more coin and then you can pick and choose your own desired ride height and comfort level,

and as for wheels on a x8" wheels i'm about 98% sure a +30 would have you sitting pretty flush with the guards.

but again welcome to AGT

found out my rears had pedders shocks so i got 2.5" drop the front shocks are still stock but its on 2.75" drop lol. For aftermarket front shocks , are there any camber tops ?

also removed the side strip and sp23 to make it look cleaner

and then replaced the long as **** antenna with this short one.
