How the F*** do you get out the 80amp fuse?

Arrggg so pissed off...

i blew the 80amp fuse before, so i went to pull it out only to find it wouldn't budge.. other fuses beside it come out fine.. so I undo some screw that looked like it could be a problem. nothing, so i get some vise grips.. that just snaps the clear cover off it.. I get some plyers they completely shatter the ceramics and remove one peice of copper.. now i have half a ****ing fuse left in the fuse box and i want it out

Help me now before i get the hammer...

80 amps  you exceeded 80 amps
I've welded with less than 80 amps

Get a set of multigrips, squeeze them tight and pull (don't yank).

the fuse will break, that's OK it's blown.

pull each piece (with a bit of a wiggle) untill it comes out.

I guess you've found the problem with your cooling

well i got the hammer out, and pryed some more.. but in the end i found the problem. after removing the fuse box it came apparent that the mains fuse has another screw holding it on on the oposite side..

First you going to need to remove two 10mm bolts that hold the fuse holder ... when you pull the fuse holder up you will see there are two plastic doors that open around that same fuse... when you open these doors there are two 10mm or 8mm bolts that you need to undo to take the fuse off.

ok...
