Seatbelt won't unwind

Hey guys, lowered my car last night, I removed the seatbelt to get to the rear shock mounts and it would up, now I can't get it to unwind to Bolt back in, does anyone Know what is happening here? Really not looking forward to getting fined for not having a seatbelt bolted in the rear, any help appreciated

they are designed to lock up and not allow the rider any slack if the car goes up-side-down.

so make sure when you a attempting to pull the strap back out. you have the up side the same way up when in the car when attempting to pull the strap.

i had the same issue then i did coilovers. took me 3 days to figure it out. haha
