Where are they now?

Those who have been around here long enough will remember my first Astina, a '96 passion rose 4 cylinder hardtop. It was lowered on king springs, 15" alloys and a few other little bits 'n' pieces... Oh and it blew smoke like steam train.
Last seen April 2004 lookin' something like this.

It's just popped up on ebay and it's lookin' sad I've put a bid on it just for old time sake.

Thanks to Primo for pointing it out.

I looked at the ebay listing, such a waste

Im guessing the only way you & primo distinguished it was yours cause of the gold bits?

The gold bits and the fog/driving lights. I did a check on vic roads and the rego number confirmed it.

Oh yeah, those chrome guard liners just add insult to injury, literaly.

ive seen worse, Mr Payners old sparkle green car driving around rosebud with a massive dent in the rear door and a St Bernard rolling around on the back seat.

Was painful to see.

Australia got the BA/BH 323 Protege 4 door and the BA 323 Astina 4 door, and it was just to differentiate them. Hardtops are traditionally 2/4 doors without a solid B pillar - which the Hardtop looks like it has with the frameless windows, compared to the framed doors (the same as BJ) that the BA/BH Protege has.

Mine...
Do I consider it my fifth or first revisited? As soon as I sort out what I need from the V6 I'll be parting it out.
