BJ clutch
hey guys... my clutch is givin me the ****s hey... i have clutch shudder like no tomorrow.....i was thinkin of gettin a new clutch???? does anyone have any recomendations????? was thinkin of a HD exidy.

I found the Exedy HD to feel crisp for the first month, and then start to go doughy and somewhat standard after that. Never mind that though, make sure whoever does your clutch install, machines/balances your flywheel before the clutch is fitted.

tru... hmmmm there i s aplace at cooparoo call united brake and clutch.. had my bg done there 4 550 with new mean seel and machine/balance my flywheel.. so i'm think i might tru that place...

I have head that you can try taking off in second gear up a hill to clean the clutch plates by slipping them. Im not sure if this will fix it though.

hmmm i had a ful car load on the weekend and went up henery roberts hill and the gold coast. and dropped the clutch and i smelt clutch 4 about 20kms.... it helped today when i drove her but not 4 long..... came back with a fury

If your after a new fly wheel the miatia 1.6 fly wheel is meant to hook up alot lot easier then the g series fly wheel :P
Im meaning in terms of light weight fly wheels... |

You need to elongate the crank bolt holes, machine a bit of of the boss away to bring the face into tolerance with the clutch. And yes, he doesn't have an F series gearbox.

lucky me i have a g series YAY but i'm thinkin would my boiled brake fluid have anything to do with it????
