splice it into your dash lights, so when you turn them on the gauges turn on...

So I'm guessing you got yours Plutonus?
The best way is to read the threads on here about it. All instructions are useless Heb |

I put it all back together. I'd had enough lol.
Splice into the dash wires? Theres about 1000 behind the instrument cluster! Electrics arent my strong point

Considering I'm noob at electrics I've just put the two big rings on.. needed glue for the small ones. But Blue-tac sounds like a good idea!

Only issue is, needle isn't lit up, hard to see where it is, have to look to see where it's blocking the light. Is there supposed to be a light behind there? I can't remember.

Yes, should be. Did the installer remove the bulbs behind the needles? As as well as lighting the dials, they do the needles as well.

I daresay yes, are they usually white bulbs or?? But won't they light up my new dials "green"?

clear bulbs yes.
but the new dials are EL and are their own light source, and should be made so the light behind doesn't shine through. The needles should still be white even with the old dials in place...weren't they white anyway?

To be honest, I can't remember. I'll have to source some new bulbs, sizes in a topic somewhere? And they easy to fit, because I have to move one of the rings anyway.

Your trip meter isn't lighting up either. Just get 2 blue bayonet bulbs from Autobarn, then it will all match...
