yeah they charge through the nose to ship here.
although gav will testify that the service from the guy was total BS, the cheapest place to get the cai inc shipping (as they only charged what it costs to ship instead of extra) was http://www.importcarpartsplus.com/ cai was around $220usd from memory and shipping was around $50usd from memory. gav will tell you too that kurumamotoring suck too. |

$50 to ship would be a lot better as a price for 1 item
$100USD is just BS as I was going to get v6 extractors for $90USD to my door |

100 US is probably for airfreight too, and then you'll have to pay customs etc, I'd say go with who twilight suggested.
I paid about $235 plus $50 freight, that was through nopi |

If you go with Import Car Parts, make sure they have the stuff in stock first! That's another long story...

Well I was going to get one but with the Microtech I have no need for the MAF so I will be looking for a one piece intake, if I cant find one I may just get one made up now

So replace the MAF with a better velocity stack.

the one at the maf is different. that's there to increase the speed a little through the maf sensor so that readings are more detailed. the pipe then goes back to the previous sizing and therefor slowing the air down to what it was before the MAF. the MAF is a bottleneck just like that on most cars.
gav we need to find a short bitta pipe before next week to fill the hole |
