G'day all im just curious i have recently Synced my whole sound system to MTX and was just curious to know how many decibles it actually puts out (My sub, as only 2 outa my 4 speakers are on an amp atm)
So anyway is there anyplace that can measure this or a tool/gadget that can measure this pretty accurately? ? ? Last edited by Doogal; 18-01-2009 at 05:44 PM. |

go to jaycar or dick smith electronics... but be warned the cheap ones are still very exxy...
go to a sound off or something and get it done... usually costs maybe 20 bucks and they usually use the db meter thats worth a couple gs |

the cheap ones are expensive and not particularly accurate, but good enough for a diy test.
I would get a workshop to do it. Check mobileelectronics.com.au for the date of the next event in your area and they'll do it for free. |
