ford capri turbo

hey all,
i went and checked out the following car yesterday.

Ford Capri Turbo 1990 Yellow, Convertible Manual, Customized leather interior Test drive today, air con, pwr steer, pwr windows, Leather, SGA-466 $3990

took her for a spin. was reasonably quick. made a few funny noises. paint was fresh (a full job too where the inside of the engine bay was done with the engine out). could only fault the passenger door, electric windows worked eventually, interior was around 5K worth however was quite dirty. new 15" mags and tyres on it. some tappet noise coming from the B6t. had no troubles turning it over tho which was good. no reg or rwc

cheers mike

it just has a bodykit which does it wonders. its very very cheap for what it is. the body is clean no dents or scratches. all im concerned about is the mechanical side of it

Almost bought a V6GT Capri many years ago. When I was on the test drive it was moving along quite nicely at 60, thought this is nice before realising the speedo was in MPH not KM/H. Nice car but the dealer wouldn't come to the party on my trade-in.
We only had the Mk 1 and convertible in Oz
