We're racing at Fun City Go Karts - Melways Ref 27 E11

DATE: Saturday 2nd July!
TIME: 3pm SHARP

ENDURO is the race.. There's a maximum of 10 people allowed [minimum of 8] on the track and it's non-stop racing for 30 minutes.. starting positions are drawn out of the hat and who ever completes the most number of laps will be the winner!

There can only be one heat in the race as there's another booking before and after ours! I was just lucky that i could get the club in to race at this time!

Thanks guys for your warm welcoming of me to your forums!

Ok so i think i have a fair genuine interest in this cruise so now all we have to decide on is a date.

We either do it this Saturday or Sunday (29th or 30th of May) or the next weekend after that (4th or 5th of June) so if this weekend is to much short notice you can debate it....if everyone is all cool bring as many of your mazda buddys as you can!

The main meeting place will be Eastern Beach Carpark (main beeach on Geelong Waterfront just up the road from the Geelong Boat Club) and we will all meet there in the morning 'bout 10am.

From there we will chillout and socailise for about half an hour and the we will set off one our journey! We will cruise along the Coast starting with Portarlington, the make our way around the coast to St Lenards, Queenscliff, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads then cruise up the Great Ocean Road all the way to Lorne where we will stop and have something to eat. After that we will cruise back to Geelong when it will be night time and show off the club to the local Hooners at Shaggers (massive long strech parking that goes insane on a saturday night just up the road of Eastern Beach, Eastern beach is also known as the lower section Shaggers )

If anyone has any question or suggestion on things to do during the cruise feel free post here.

Congratulations on your licence! I'd love to do it this weekend, but I'm headed to Sale on Sunday for the week. So next weekend should be fine. Perhaps a poll may have worked better to see which dates people preferred?

haha thatd be massive lorne via queenscliff then hanging round geelong at night time would be too huge a day for melbourne folks todo it all. but im sure we could get in a small bit of it

oh GOD, i read through 6 pages of conversations and only info abt the cruise is on the first post.....

nothing wrong with the conversatioin coz it's a club and u're ment to socialise....
was just hoping to see more info abt the cruise....
