Not calling when the parts came in: bad

hey how are ya

First timer here go easy
A few weeks ago, i think it was on the labour day long weekend.
I did my thermostat, so i went to mazda dealer and asked for one. But they didnt have one and told me that it is a totally imported part and it would have to be ordered in. He said it should be in 10:00am sat morn and he'd call me. 11:00 came round, no call, so i called them back and he said their supplier isnt deleivering today. So i had to wait til tuesday :x very pissed off. The only thing i was happy about was saving on petrol! :?
but i still would have rathered driving my asti

Hey Turbo,
This is whiteline in Minto yeah.
They make springs in house so am confused as to why
they would have stuff delivered to them and it be sitting around.
Whiteline have a Yahoogroups group so put a post on there as to
why you have got such bad service from them and either the boss
Jim or another guy Wotjek will answer you. I wont stick up for them
but I have never had any problem like that with them.

Regards

Mal

whiteline

I've always delt with Wotjek there and have found them reasonably good. They even refunded me for some bushes and other bits that I didn't need (charged a restocking fee but it was reasonable).

Maybe try and speak to him directly. He offered me pleanty of free advice before I bought anything from them.

Be Cool!
