****! i got home at 1:30 and dan got home at 2 after driving me home, coz on the way home a skyline and a jzx100 chaser thought they had something on the starlets. we raced them 3 times and smoked them twice but on the third, my new driveshaft let go..... bloody thing snapped and i had to park it and come the next day and pull it out and make a new one then go bak and fit it.
lucky it broke in rhodes and not in the natio run.
was a brand new custom shaft and brand new LSD gearbox!
all fixed now!
another brand new shaft. apparently more strengthened than the old one.
might get more than 2 weeks out of it this one i hope....

Shyt that's unlucky. Lucky it was only the shaft and not the box or anything. Would of been a massive head ache if it happened on mccarrs creek road. Lol

the daily pig.
very glad it happened there!
cv's only take about 15 mins to do so it was no biggie.
just brain damage changing shafts all the time.
the cv's themselves dont break, its the shafts!
gotta get harder ones made up.
the funniest part was, when we broke down, the house accross the road burnt out!
the house fire must have just happened as we broke the shaft.
we could smell smoke but it took a fire engine to make us realize what was goin on!
very weird. geez i felt bad for the owners.... they were 2 ladys and they were all crying n stuff.
i told dan we should go hug them and sh!t but he said no!
lol

Cruise was okay, didnt expect everyone to go crazy through the national park ..hahaha

But the only thing i didnt like and was disappointed was in Palm Beach, the parking lot, when everyone wanted to get home and within 5 sec everyone (most) left quick as they committed murder and the police was after them or something, and had to guess where to go if i didnt have my tomtom (yes some people arnt from that area)

But besides that it was okay and meet a few new faces .

Well I knew where I was I did forget my passport but never stopped me LOL.

Must say yes it was like you all had to go home before curfew.
I thought I was getting old considering I'm the one now day leaving the pubs and clubs first at 11or 12pm. Yet I always say all the good **** happens after 2:30am.

Must say I had driven them roads I can't remember how many times but Irony was I had the sat nav on in between watching the footy when I could but I figured someone went a bit backwards. Still I say those little incidents always make it more interesting. A bit like everyone else can do a U-trun I have to do a 3 point turn LOL.

but till next time

I don't think it's your fault.

The best way and Fun was is not to of gone RIGHT but to go straight through the bay then go left out towards palm beach. but either way it adds to the Adventure.

it's great in summer as your car likes it and it's warm enough to do naked if you wanted too.
