Congrats Tidy, my dad owns an RB Liberty and loves it! They are still quite quick and that gear box is magic!

LOL at the slow responses indeed, this was his last post on the board, and was almost made almost 9 months ago....

Wonder if he still reads the forums anymore?

As for a rexxy, they are a nice car, but it all comes down to the owner, and what they want, and what features they want in their car.

thanks tom yeah the 3R Spec B was a very nice car and i got it to a very nice state not long before selling it, with the sti lip really topping the car off well, but i wanted something a little sportier and had more potential later on down the track when i decide to chase more, 12 second times are only a couple of grand away, so the bang for buck is there

I read this forum i just dont sign in to post as i havent seen any topics i find which i can put valuable in put into, if they 323 wasnt such a good car to me i wouldnt come on here but there will always be a soft spot for me towards the 323s, i love seeing daz's car come up as it bring back good memories of my first 2 cars.

The responses to me selling the protege dont really worry me as i wasnt looking for attention, i was just letting people know i was selling the car.

Your response to this thread really doesnt suprise me mate, the liberty wasnt a slow car and more than likely would have blown your MX6 to pieces very easily, i didnt care if people called me an old man for driving the lib as i enjoyed that car and alot of people respected me doing something a little different. The rex will be a quick car one day, until then i wont carry on like its the fastest car on the road un like some.

WOWO hold on second - I never bother comparing any of my cars to any others car unless they are of that period. It's waste, I never said your liberty would or would not beat me, I never bother for a reason. I was just making joke, maybe point. Sure you went different, I admit I'm kind of disapointed maybeing hoping for you to do more to the Lib. who knows.
Don't start going about if you don't care. It don'e bother me because I'm dirving a car almost well by desgin 20 years old, fact my other mazda is 19 years old in 2 months and I have to say puts shame to heaps of new cars, and for the No modifications makes my Mx-6 look stupid. It may not be as quick but again why do I both - one is 20 years old.
I was at the time surprised you didn't buy a WRX in the first place.
I can't dis them after owning a few My95-96 and My99 and I guess in where I live I got sick of the whole WRX image - a little different in your area. It's not like you walk out and see one or even try to sleep but hear - Burble exhaust PPSHSSSHT burble BOV and it goes on.

but don't take things too personal, it wasn't a jab at you.

They are both nice looking models, I think I would struggle to pick between the two, likely the liberty as it oozes classy sex and the rex just sex

They're both dead sexy!!

Kitty,
The liberty is 500 count Egyptian cotton,
the rex is satin,

But I wanna see them face V face,
as very few cars look any good from purely side on (as the rex is pictured)
