turbo

any-one that has or is turboing a 2.0l sp20 where do you put ur drain into the sump , the sp20 has two sumps the pan at the bottom then there is the next bit which is about 1" thick then the block , now as i see it the pan at the bottom is full of oil to the top so there for no good for the drain , now the next bit that is between the block an pan is to narrow for the drain pipe so the only best part i can see to go into is the block can anyone confirm this or have a pic of theres plz

turbo is all fitted , just waiting to have the brains installed ie ; comp have done alot off work in the engine bay looks smick [to me anyway an im to whom it counts lol ]

oooooo im so coming down to the gong when im in sydney ... there is going to be so much PSI in that car with the bags and turbo you wont know what to do with it all!

traction problems? NO WORRIES!! bags down at the front, bags up at the back!

I'm only running standard 8 psi, i've done the car for show not for speed

still 8 psi boost will be making some nice power figures, maybe 130 to 140 kw at the wheels.

ok we run an tuned it today couple off minor probs to iron out but all so far is well
showed 5lb boost on the dyno but when we road tested only got 4lb on the laptop, so i have to make a longer bracket to put a little more tension on the actuator so the boost is increased to 8lb , i have the computer set so the boost can not exceed 9lb
now at 4lb im getting 141hp at the wheels which equates to about 105 to 110 kw so im thinking finished product on 8lb will be around 125kw that will be plenty for me on standard internals
now for the best part even at 8lb the standard injectors an fuel pump are still in it an no probs with fuel supply [ ps we spiked it to check]
