Hello, Ive been registered for some time but decided to post my topic aswell...

Ive had my 1.8 FBA now for 2 years, and the last year Ive been busy with
an engine swap from the normal BP to the GTX with allot of extra goodies.

After I found it could corner allot faster then straightline speed. From when
I bought it Ive changed it from completly standard to atleast decent enough, and with D2 coilovers very good fun on the road.

Here look at some pics, there is quite allot of them though... lol

Had fun alloys and good tyres, and airco, and full electrics. But it was
completly OEM. Thinking back now, I find it cool that it was completly standard.

First thing, get rid of that rediculous boot floor plastic ****e.

And some alloys... (1st set)

Then let's try ricer colours... (lol I was soo unaware back then)

UK light so its 2x white and looks good

Made nice audio install, allthough this has never been fitted.

Glow dials, and HIDs

-40mm

Lol

Getting there...

Another set of alloys (2nd)

Ultra Racing parts

On to the fun work... not

Didnt feel like doing the wiring, did something else

Its not the wheels

Old wheels lol, RE050A with negative camber and still completly F'ed at
the front lol. Coilovers are good fun!

A/c out

Made room, going to cut off spare wheel bin...

Back to engine and

Wiring

And there I am now!

Going to have, 2.5 inch stainless, stand alone EMS, custom headers, the subaru turbo, 235 tyres, full underside aerodynamics and after some time and money refund new internals and 300ish bhp goals. But for now its OEM GTX allthough its been refurbed 4000miles ago. Ive got serious plans to enter Time Attack over here in 2011 with this car. And some more aerodynamic mods, and also big brake kit and the full track package.

Let's see how we one can go with this thing. Im allmost sure allot further
then many others will expect. With the coilovers and struttbraces top and bottom Ive had the car into turns which amazed me, and mates and or other drivers driving "superior" cars. No unstabile ride, just properly planted.

cheers guys, lot of information on here!! Im also member of Dutch 323F club, and club323f.com...
