Angry Gears Catching a little

I've got a 1992 Mazda Astina with pop up lights. My gear shifting doesn't seem as smooth as it used to be and are catching while shifting down from 3-2 and 1. I've had everything checked and cleaned by Mazda and all seems fine. They even changed the gearbox oil. The gearbox seems quiet enough and the clutch preasure and operation is OK.
Anyone got any ideas as this seems to be a standard problem with this model of car.

There's a lot of stuff on double clutching, but no real solution to the problem. Could it have something to do with the condition and alignment of the shift bushings under the gear shift?
