Plenty of events on offer, just depends what you want to do? Door to Door racing, Super Sprints, Hill Climbs, however not many full time circuits left. We have Wakefield in Goulburn or Eastern Creek in Sydney.

Circuit Club is a good way to get started, they run sprint events every couple of months. If you want to get more serious then there is the NSW Supersprint Championship. Door to door you have IPRA or MRA. Hill climbs events will even see you get to Mt Panorama.

Ryan has pointed out the key websites above which covers car clubs and licencing. At minimum to run at Wakefield you will need a Wakefield club licence which will cover you for paractice days and Circuit Club days or Car Club days. For any CAMS run Supersprint events you will need at minimum a L2S licence, both licences just require to fill in a form, however for a L2S you will need to be a member of a CAMS affiliated car club which can be found on the CAMS website.

Again, depends what you want to do there is plenty on offer. I am heading down to Wakefield on Thursday for a practice which is an open track day for all types of cars called (Speed off the Streets) days, If you just want to throw your car around the track to see if it is something you want to pursue further, doing one of these days is the cheapest way to go about it. $120 for the day + $50 for your Wakefield Club licence (licence is good for 12 months.)

Yes they do, the next one at EC is 11th November but you are going to need a minimum of a CAMS PC or L2S to run there. Also best to join the ARDC Club for your CAMS Licence that way you can get discounts on Practice Days and ARDC run events.

If you dont want to pay $100 per year for your CAMS Licence then Circuit Club also runs events at EC which your normal road licence is enough. Circuit Club EC events are around $275 the alternative is Private Practice $100 Cams Licence (annual), ARDC Membership $75 (annual) + $105 per practice day. Only $5 more to get you on EC track the first time but better off if you plan to do multiple days.
